What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Once order received by our team they will contact you for delivery charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All items will be delivered by our courier partner.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all deliveries daily with PBT courier company. Deliveries to North Island customers normally take 1-3 working days and deliveries to the South Island 3-5 working days. Deliveries to rural adresses might take an additional couple of days.

Goods are delivered from our warehouse and the risk passes to the purchaser at that time.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit. We aim to provide high quality merchandise at all times, however if an item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We will not pass on any of your information to anyone else and use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. We will protect your information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation. We do not share your details with other persons or companies, with the exception of our designated courier company who will be given only the specific personal information required to make the delivery. You can edit or delete your details on our database at any time online or by simply contacting us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you would receive your order details via email and also can check anytime by login into your account and view orders.
